We are organizers for Central Ohio Self-Sufficiency & Sustainability, intended for anyone in the Central-Ohio area who is interested in homesteading, small-scale farming, living off the grid, or off the land. We meet to engage in fun and educational activities on a wide variety of topics: growing, preserving and preparing food, seed saving, chickens and small-scale livestock, foraging and wildcrafting, hunting, permaculture, beekeeping, herbal and natural medicine, artisan skills and crafts, alternative energy, green building and renovation, and DIY projects for the home or small farm.
